Handwoven in Uganda, this fair trade basket adds artisan craftsmanship, organic texture, and a pop of color to gallery walls, tabletops, and globally inspired home décor.
Each basket is woven by skilled Ugandan artisans using sustainably harvested palm raffia wrapped around coils of bukedo (banana leaf stalks). Traditionally used for serving food, these versatile woven bowls now make beautiful decorative wall baskets, fruit bowls, tabletop centerpieces, and shelf accents. Every purchase supports fair trade artisan communities while helping preserve Uganda's rich weaving traditions.
Available in Small (10") and Large (14"), this timeless colorway can be displayed individually or paired with other Bukedo & Raffia Bowls to create a striking wall display or layered tabletop arrangement.
