Each basket is handcrafted by skilled Ugandan artisans using sustainably harvested palm raffia wrapped around coils of bukedo (banana leaf stalks). Traditionally woven for serving food, these versatile baskets have evolved into beautiful decorative pieces that work equally well as wall baskets, fruit bowls, tabletop centerpieces, and shelf accents. Every purchase supports fair trade artisan communities while helping preserve generations of traditional Ugandan weaving techniques.
Available in Small (12") and Large (16"), the soothing botanical-inspired palette complements cottage, farmhouse, coastal, bohemian, and modern interiors. Display one as a statement piece or pair multiple sizes together for a beautifully layered artisan wall display.
